School Collaborations:
Terms & Conditions

• Advance booking required: All school sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the clubs starting to secure your preferred dates and instructor availability.

• Full payment must be made prior to the start of the first class.

• Bookings are confirmed only once payment has been received.

• Flexible Payment Plans: FDA offers flexible payment plans upon request, which must be arranged in advance. Adherence to the agreed-upon schedule is required

• Payment can be made via bank transfer and must be received no later than a week before the first class.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the first class are eligible for a full refund or extension of the class.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be eligible for rescheduling based on availability.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and not guaranteed.

• Schools are responsible for informing us of any relevant medical or accessibility needs of their students prior to the first session.

• A teacher or responsible adult must be present during all sessions.

• Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and peers.

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in students being asked to sit out or in sessions being paused.
